If you wish to work on a Merit Badge independently, you must get a Blue Card signed off by Mr. Martin and have a registered Merit Badge Councilor. Unless otherwise directed, all badges should have a completed workbook and any other supporting material from the above site turned in along with a filled out Blue Card upon completion.
